Naming an approver, choosing units, and the other changes of 1 October

Approval rules that name their approver one way, sign-in for people new to TRANXACT, units chosen from a list, capital spend categories, ASK and codes, duplicates reviewed, kanban attention, report pages, the view a list opens with, and the busy message.

A company with no HRMS could not name an approver; a unit typed by hand could not be converted; a new colleague waited days for an account. Each of these now has a direct answer.
