Accounting
Everything that happens anywhere in TRANXACT ends up here.
A receipt in the warehouse, a payroll run, a closed opportunity, a billed encounter — each becomes a journal, and every journal lands in the same trial balance. Accounting is not a module beside the others so much as the place they all arrive. That is why the rules here are the strict ones: a journal that does not balance is refused, and a period that is closed refuses postings whatever produced them.
Watch for: The two refusals you will meet first: unbalanced, and closed period. They look similar on screen and have completely different answers.
