Cash Application
Bank receipts matched to the open customer invoices they pay, by the invoice number in the remittance, the customer and the amount. Those at or above the company's confidence threshold are applied when its autonomy level allows; the rest wait here with a suggestion for a person to apply or turn down.

Dunning Levels
The letters an overdue customer is sent, and after how many days. The wording may use {{customer}}, {{invoice_no}}, {{due_date}}, {{days_overdue}}, {{amount}}, {{currency}} and {{company}}.

Dunning Letters
Every dunning letter sent, once per invoice per level. A letter with no address, or held by the mailer, says so.

Close Runs
The month-end job set (Platform > Batch Sets, CLOSE-MONTH) run by the server, step by step: recurring entries, revaluation, depreciation, intercompany, consolidation, the readiness check and the soft close. It stops at the first step that fails and says why; Resume carries on from that step.

E-invoice Submissions
Customer invoices submitted as e-invoices because their profile submits automatically: sent, retrying with back-off, out of attempts, or not valid -- with the reason. Retry sends one again now.

Finance Alerts
Budget lines spent and committed past their plan to date by more than the threshold, and cash projected below the floor -- raised once a day each, and sent to the controller.

Finance Automation Settings
The thresholds behind the finance jobs. What a job may DO with what it finds is the company's autonomy level for it (notify, approve or act); these say what counts as a finding.
