Disciplinary Actions
Warnings, suspensions, demotions and dismissals for cause, with the policy they rest on, the employee's acknowledgement and any appeal. Never deleted: an action given in error is rescinded and the record stays. Retained, held and exported like every personnel record.

Legal Holds
The legal holds on people's records, active first. While a hold is active its records cannot be changed or deleted — that is why a save on a held employee is refused. Holds are placed and released under Platform › Legal Holds.
