Each payslip split by grant, property, program and department; the payroll journal mapped, cross-walked and checked by control totals into a Yardi Voyager or generic file; TEST until accepted, then Go live; SFTP only to a pinned host key; every version kept, exceptions reprocessed; and the legacy register compared cycle by cycle until two in a row are signed off.

Payroll lands in somebody else’s ledger, and the old system is retired only when the two agree. How to reuse: values in angle brackets are examples; put your own in their place.
