Utilities roles and segregation of duties

The eight shipped Utilities roles, what each desk may do, and the two rules no grant can undo: a bill run is approved by somebody other than who previewed it, and a void or drawer close is approved by a supervisor who is not the cashier.

Give roles under Platform › Roles. The administrator holds everything. The rules below are enforced by the server, not just by hiding buttons.
